that looks like a lot of work just to make one wheel (considering the  
cleaning and final shaping of the wheel, not including time spent, cooking pot  
and 
electric/gas to heat up the plastic brew).
 
I have heard of making plastic wheels and such before (i forget the booklet  
of book listings), but i think it also used some sort of metal press set up so 
 it would compress the plastic into it's final shape (thought about that once 
 before)
