I do have a little wobble in my suspension arms, yes. I'm using bronze
oillite bushings. I can minimize it by tightening some retaining bolts on
each arm, but if I go too far the arm won't move at all. It hasn't really
been a problem but it still bugs me.

Doug,

You don't have any issues with "wobbly" suspension arms do you?  Mine have
some play in them since I used self-centering ball bearings (don't use
self-centering ball bearings).

the coveted Frank Pittelli "well done" handshake at the RobotFest on
Saturday ! It's a small 16ga pie-shaped plate. It rotates around the
suspension arm and has an arc of holes drilled in it to allow adjustment of
the tension. The upper portion has a tab that has been bent into a hook to
grab a torsion spring leg. The pictures below probably describe it better
than I can.
