I do have a little wobble in my suspension arms, yes. I'm using bronze oillite bushings. I can minimize it by tightening some retaining bolts on each arm, but if I go too far the arm won't move at all. It hasn't really been a problem but it still bugs me.

Mine have some play in them since I used self-centering ball bearings (don't use self-centering ball bearings). It earned me the coveted Frank Pittelli "well done" handshake at the RobotFest on Saturday ! It's a small 16ga pie-shaped plate. It rotates around the suspension arm and has an arc of holes drilled in it to allow adjustment of the tension. The upper portion has a tab that has been bent into a hook to grab a torsion spring leg. The pictures below probably describe it better than I can. - Doug --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You are currently subscribed to the "R/C Tank Combat" group.
