It is basically a completely wireless video system (w/audio) that can possibly be used to provide a live video feed on the battlefield to the pilot. It may need a VCR and power convertor, but that could be solved by an extension cable from one's car. I am uncertain whether or not it is able to record, but it could provide navigational help as well as a means to accurately fire the tank's cannon.
