Don,

Pricess Auto sells everything from tools, to some automotive, to
trailer axles, to army surplus (not so much anymore), basically soup
to nuts. As they are in the surplus racks, they are new but past
their two year shelf life. However, the two that I picked up are in
perfect shape. The SBS60 are originally designed for UPS, telecom,
power generation, & emergency lighting, etc. Here's a link to the spec
sheet:

From reading the web, they are also used for deep cycle usage in
marine environments. Yes I know that at 24v the ah is 51ah but when
running all the other 12v stuff I want to add, it is really nice to
have a deep well to draw from.
