Hi Frank,

I was reading your post on Tank #001 and I see that you have the skills to make
11 tooth # 35 keyed sprockets for the the M01 motors. Like you, I'am also
having difficulty finding appropriate sprockets to match the ones provided with
the motors.

Fred Thomson, Tank # 064, and I have been getting together lately to swap lies,
share equipment and discuss ideas. Fred suggested I get in touch with you about
the larger sprockets for the M01 motors.

I've finally got a fully functional T - 34 -85 tank, thanks to Jim Neifert of
Abbotsford, BC, Canada selling me his complete rolling hull (I've built a new
H-bridge speed controller and turret for the tank). My JgPz 38(t) Hetzer is
nearing completion. With both these tanks I'am finding space for large enough
batteries is a real problem. I'am going to switch both of these tanks over to
MY1016Z3 geared motors to allow use of two 32 volt, 32 AH, gel cell
batteries. The 18 AH batteries in the T - 34 only provided about 25 minutes run
time on pavement. The tank is geared too high and as a result it goes way too
fast (I can keep up to it if I run) while drawing too much current.

Basically, I'd like to rebuild the drivetrains in both tanks using the M01
motors, # 35 keyed sprockets and 32 AH batteries.

Please send me an email if you can help me out with the sprockets.

I'd like to apply for a tank designation when I'am done.

Cheers,
