About 70 kgrs of clean meat per critter. It's the same pork chops , ham and bacon we eat from pigs yet we never see them being butchered. This one was not born in plastic wrap and does not grow up in refrigerators either. UNless, of course, you're a dedicated vegetarian Chris, which I deeply respect.
