Although nuclear is legal, as are radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RTGs). Easily get a tank into the millions (Physics note: I'm pretty certain you can't get enough fissile material into something the size of a 1/6 scale tank, with all the piping, pumps, steam generators, and turbine generators, and still have enough fissiles to get critical. So no nuclear plant.) (But RTGs are possible).
