Like George said it came from a shop here called Clarke Rubber, they mostly
stock pool stuff, outdoor furniture etc, but have a selection of neoprene
and foam rubbers and foam, however this stuff they had to order in.

It is 12mm thick, and we had it supplied in 20mm wide strips 1 meter long.
