Yes, but if you go to their homepage, it says Site is under construction and no purchases can be made. And on the left hand side you can see they are setting up a Tank Forum, and that's got current times and dates...... So I would say they are setting things up, and they have a few new people starting to register.....So I think its just at the beginning.
