So did you find PVC with a T-section and cut out pads with the horns in one piece? That's smart. I wish steel lengths with a T section were available so we could file the middle part to become like a horn.

I have 50 hours of construction time so far, and another 30 or so to
complete.

Yesterday, I bought a used, RoboteQ, AX2550 dual channel, 120 amp,
motor controler.

Got the suspension system figured out and prototyped, but not built.
