Built the turret sense the last post. Its made of bent, sheet, aluminum. Tank weighs 110 pownds as shown.
Did endurence testing today. I ran it very hard for 30 minutes before the batteries ran down. There's one set of 12 AH batteries in it for todays testing. Looks like I'll need the second set (24 volts, 24 AH total) to get 1 hour endurence. It ran perfect today - no mechanical issues. The gun mounting and articulation are all worked out. Paintball feed is all worked out. Still need to mount the gun elevation servo. Still need to work out the turret rotation mechanism.
