Thanks Neil.
I will not apply for designation for this one. The Vickers is in scale 1:8 and I think well below 60 cms long. and it is built for this purpose - fit in a suitcase. And I do not even dare to compare my tanks with George's work!

To your last query, 3 of my large Ni CAD batteries died late last year, and they cost 180 euros ! If I have to start a battle and have two tanks running, I have to spend 180 euros cash one shot deal amidst the financial crisis and my debts, and I preferred to spend my money to other things last winter. -I hope I won;t be fired from my teaching job due to the crisis!- Also building the latest tank keeps me busy for months and months. Worst is they owe me tons of money from at least 5 contracts here and there. Once I have them, I might try 123 type batteries for replacements and they can be charged on my Turnigy charger for LIPO, PLIFE and 123.

BY the way, I recommend the timing belts for half tracks or other short configurations. The motors barely get even slightly warm with these light tracks. The disk plates are eventually obsolete. The closely spaced wheels do not allow the track to derail.

totally excellent Chrys , loved watching all those videos , your tanks
are always an insparation to me but I got to say George`s Leclerc is
in a class of its own .
I hope your vikers 7 TP reaches a designation and gets armed and
battled this year . an official Greek battle is long over due .
please keep impressing me with your work Chrys .
