I am at the point where I need to plan how to build my tracks. Treadmill belt is favorable, but rather than building the inner cleats and guide teeth of wood or metal, I was wondering if anyone has tried casting them out of resin. Garnet Galenzoski has made his entire track for T011 of this material already, but I was wondering if the cleats themselves would has sufficient strength to last the abuse of battle. This way there would me no welding, glueing, nailing, or the like om each of the 80+ units on each track. Just a thought. If any one has tried this , or know enough to say it should work, give a hollar.
