I was just at harbor freight and saw the tool i'd like to get, but it's just a sloppy fit all around. it's a vise that holds a part and can move left to right or front to back on the work station (like you would find on a milling machine), but i forget it's name all ready (again). they want between $45.00 to $65.00 for one, but like i said, they have a sloppy fit, and i don't see any lock downs to stop either slide from moving while operating the other. anyway, i went across the road to Sears and it's online order only so i can't even get to look them over to see if they are worth the $150+ I think Sears has a hardware store, but it's about 90 minutes from here and don't think they'd carry it either.
