i am not sure which country you are in but in sydeny aust there is a machine sales company called hare and forbes they have crossslide viceses under 100.00 aust dollars but do you want to spend a hundred dollars on a muzel brake for your tank why not make one from foam or wood and make a mould from it out of polyurathane rubber a 3 paece mould is needed split down the middle and a senter core for the bore and for the finnish part use a aluminume powder filled epoxy as this gives a metal finnish supper tuff and you can make more than one you now can make many good luck
