Hi John -

It looks like the PkZw II might fit INSIDE the tiger !

I talk about the marker conversion on my site. For a start, check out
http://home.comcast.net/~dwconn404/RCTank/Tiger/Marker.htm

You can also see the general HTS-2000 aluminum filling technique at
http://www.aluminumrepair.com/video_new.asp

The trick is to have a steel tube that fits snugly in the chamber of your
marker. The tube acts as a backing for the molten HTS-2000 when you fill the
feed hole. The HTS won't adhere to the steel. It takes a lot of heat to get
the marker body up to a temperature where it will melt the HTS. It's like
soldering. You need to heat the marker up to the point where IT melts the
HTS. You don't just pour molten HTS into the feed hole.

As for drilling a new feed hole, Frank can do it a lot better than I can.
You'll need a big bit and will probably need to go in at a slight angle.

Take a look at those sites. I'll be happy to answer any questions. I can
give you some HTS and lend you some big bits if you need them.

        - Doug

Hey Doug,
Could you send me the details on the materials and procedure that
you used to convert your marker? I'd appreciate it. Here's a pic of the
cousins taken at the Expo.

John
