Building an RC operated musket style operation is easy if you only want one shot, but building a reliable reload mechanism for semi-automatic operation however, is not so easy.
But at its basics, its just a tube with some sort of valve and either co2 or HPA. Typically in a homemade operation the valve would be an electronic solenoid type valve, rated at the appropriate pressure. As I say the reload mechanism is the real challenge. Last summer I built an air cannon that launched a golf ball or two over 200ft or more. Any suggestions on how to build one?
