If you use an RC plane remote, you can hook the throttle on the controller
up to the elevation, since the throttle on RC plane controllers aren't self
returning. The way a servo works is that it will move to a certain angle
based on a pulse it receives on the third wire. As long as you keep the
stick on your control in the same place, the servo will stay in the same
place.
