Working on my metal tracks.
I have 5 feet assembled and most of the parts built for another 13
feet.
I have:
340 aluminum track segments with rubber pads.
 340 drive lugs
100 stainless steel pins (need to build another 230)
80 track guides (need to build another 80)

Cutting the track drive sprockets this week.
The drive sprockets are 3.75 inch in diameter, with a pitch diameter
of 3.15 inches or so.
They have 9 flats / teeth and a .625 inch axle hole.
