are you more worked up about seeing it being built, or the thought of being able to ride around in it? do have a question about the tracks - are those bolt heads flush or are they sticking out a little bit? if they are ticking out a little bit, what about using longer ones, but adding a wood strip and recessing the bolt heads into it, the new strips could work as a cleat giving you a bit more traction on softer ground and maybe help your tracks last longer Chris, _Odyssey Slipways_ (http://hometown.aol.com/odysseyslipways/index.html)
