I have had recent success using rubber pads for outer cleats on the T076 Sherman. They were cut from used 1/4" thick industrial conveyor belt from a rock query. I run them over pavement, gravel, rock, mud, dirt, pallets, and anything else in my way. But they do grip very well on grass, to good at times, but that may be a result of non beveled edges.
