Speaking of lathes ...
I went to the Cabin Fever Expo in York a couple of weeks ago.
LittleMachineShop.com had a booth there and they had a quick change tool
post for my lathe on sale. It's the same one I'd been eyeing for a while, so
I bought it. I also saw some lathe instructional videos there, which I need
pretty badly. They were $60 apiece, though ! I decided to search on line for
material before blindly shelling out a couple hundred bucks for DVDs. If
anybody finds some good lathe instructional material, please let me know.

Not yet. I actually want it portable so I can put a ramp on my steps to the
outside and be able to drag it up and down without needing someone else
around when I need to do some testing outside. I am looking for an excuse
to get a lathe however...
