I am working on a robot project and for purely astetic resons I am looking for
a set of tracks/treads.
The track units from snowblowers:

look about the right size, weigh, and heft for the project I have in mind.
I have been looking on ebay/CL with out much luck, and quickly running out of
time.
I was wondering if anyone might have a set of these tracks or similar that they
got for some project, now collecting dust and you would like to make a few
bucks back.
Failing that, I haven been looking into custom fabrication of some chain
tracks, either using the K1 attachment chain or hollow pin chain. Are there any
list members who are selling surplus chain? Lower material cost may make the
high fabrication time even out in the end.
any other sugestions? Ideally something that rolls rigth out of the box is
best, but i'm open to anything at this point...
