Hmmm.... since they were recoilless rifles instead of rockets, just make either one of the lower tubes the actual cannon, so you don't run into rules difficulties, and then make the two tubes above it the paintball magazine feeds. The other side would just be for looks, and you would have the easiest setup around for the magazine. Or, since multiple cannon rules have actually been discussed before in relation to WWI style tanks, so you could make more than one tube a cannon, they just have to fire independently and carry no more than the overall allowed amount of ammo. I can see setting the two lower tubes as cannons, but with slightly different angles of elevation to bracket enemy targets quickly... but that starts sounding a little complicated...
