never heard of them.
 
i haven't encountered any problems yet with taping, seems the tap goes in  
straight once it starts to grab. as long as you have the right size pilot 
hole  drilled (and not drilled all wobbly) it should tap straight (or as 
straight as  the hole that is drilled)
