1. pretty far i have the hull, suspension, wheels, treads, bearings and
the elements for the wheels.

sounds like your pretty well off for gathering materials and items for your
 build

2. no i do not have the receiver or the transmitter.

i am not 100% sure, but it think a lot of the guys are starting to go
towards using the wireless game pads (i know someone would be willing to tell
more about them in greater detail)

3. The only motors i have are the ones i described to you. If you have
any suggestions on motors it would be appreciated the weight of my
vehicle is problably going to end up to be around 156lbs due to the
use of extremely heavy material (not going to be up against
paintballs). The vehicle should move faster than 5mph but i would like
it to be able to have high amounts of torque.

does your motors have anything on the output shaft such as a sprocket,
gear, flat spot?

i have only known of trade offs, either you have torque or speed, but i am
not aware of being able to have both

4.the tank i have is absolutly huge size isnt a problem. im doing
electrical systems last so i do not have any batteries.

still, knowing a size or scale is a good help as it will give some of the
guys in here an idea what kind of components to suggest to you to use

5. The speed control is my main problem, i do not know how to do this
part. if i were to build my own how would i control the opening and
closing of the loops to reverse polarities. would i wire it like this?
receiver---mixer---esc/homemade---motor. this is the thing that if you
have a picture or diagram of your tanks complete electrical systems
that would be highly beneficiary.
your help is much appreciated i am new to this and need much training
to learn the skill.

can't help you there

if you could tell them a bit more about your tank as well, as in what kind
of tank it is, the scale / size, and if possible pictures (of what you have
 including the motors and such).
