You might look into Dewalt 18v right angle cordless drills... The MAG guys say they can be over-volted to 24v without too much worry... They are small and poweful motors plus you can try smaller sized batteries to run them... Small/light tanks may be the way to go (especially when you get old like me and have trouble lifting a 120 lbs Brumm)....
