i dont know what it is about it but it looks stupid looking... but
this is only a prototype to figure out how to do this sort of thing
the final product will be taken apart and the wood will be removed and
the mechanical and electrical parts will be reconfigured to fit in the
new housing (M1A1 Abrams Tank), due to its large carrying capacity and
larger turret. i was thinking about adding a video camera to provide
live feed but im not sure which one i want yet... but i have decided
on the:
450w 24vdc
motors--- Main drive
12V 24AH Sealed
Lead Acid Rechargeable Battery---power supply
45 RPM 24 VDC
GEARMOTOR---for the gun elevator and one for the turret
Vantec RDFR33 Speed
Controller---for the two main drive motors
Tactic TTX600 6-
Channel 2.4GHz Transmitter System with Receiver--guide the whole
thing- ElectriFly
ES100 Standard Servo---to pull the trigger
Sabertooth 12 RC
Dual Motor Speed Controller---power the small motor for the turret and
elevator
= 809.27$$$ thats alot of cheddar...
no matter the final product will be awsome. if you guys have any
recommendations to change out the crappy products in my list that
would be much appreciated.
