Not sure how well it would work out, but I figured a "fantasy" league might be of interest. Limiting it to published work would be a start to rules, but it would probably be more of a "cool" thing than anything else.
Steering would involve rotating the track nacelles to some extent, not sure it could be done purely through skid steering.
