The marker in T055 is a .40 calibre pistol which uses Sparklet syphon gas capsules. It's easy to install and v reliable. Only snag is that you can't see the paintballs in flight, unlike .68 ones, which makes it much more difficult to aim (I've toyed with the idea of laser sights). Also the paintballs are less likely to burst, and as a bounce- off isn't a hit, it means that in practice it's a short-range weapon.
None of this may apply to .50 cal, or course.
