are you just looking for something to steer with, or must it work like a servo and self center? if it doesn't have to work like a servo, why not use a servo to activate relays to give it momentary power and i'm sure if someone wants to make a wiring diagram, it can include a self centering until / system (i just thought of how and i think it should work, but am missing on how to make the very last part work.... okay, i'll just post my idea but under a new subject) Chris, _Odyssey Slipways_ (http://hometown.aol.com/odysseyslipways/index.html)
