I'm not sure where he got them, but there are a couple of good sources on

These
are going to replace my handmade wheels on my M113.  Being that they are 2"
wide, I will need to cut a groove down the middle of them for the track
guides using my lathe.  The groove will make them look like two wheels where
there is only one.  They also come in 5" versions.
