Been working a LOT on the new tank ... and trading "how goes it" emails with
the Southeast tankers.  Heh.

Since starting cutting wood last Tuesday, the new tank has the upper and lower
hull done, motors mounted, marker mounted, suspension installed, and road
wheels put on.  The tank is finally sitting on it's road wheels in the work
shop.  Pretty good for only a week of work.  Heh.  So far, the suspension has
taken up the most time due to added complexity to the simple torsion bar style
used on SV15.  I think the extra complexity and time spent will be worth it.

I hope to have the tracks done and on the tank by Monday evening.  May even
ask for designation by the 15th and have a fully operational tank by the 23rd.

On a side note:  If the Southeast tankers host a multi-day battle next year,
how many people would go?

Mike
