The design of what? A combined axle/motor mount? Been around for over a century.

Nice looking product, but I don't understand why the Patent Office would
issue a patent for a motor/axle mounting technique that's been around
since the dawn of the industrial revolution. I guess a patent attorney
can make anything sound novel these days.
