DW960 right angle drill motors used in
PzKpfw II T077 and T079 were introduced to
our hobby in a Brenn carrier test chassis

and the Semovente X2

They have also been used by Chrys Kane in T052 and T056

DW960s are 18V with dual speed 500 and 1500 rpm.
They produce 310 in-lbf torque at low speed.

The Ryobi P240 mentioned above only has one speed
of 1000 rpm. The Ryobi product page does not specify
torque.

I believe that they would be too fast and not
provide sufficient torque.
