Two 4" wheels were attached to a 2" diameter aluminum hub. 12 equely spaced marks were placed around the wheel and then sent thru the table saw at a certain depth. Aluminum flat bar segments, 3" long were then slipped into those grooves and then glued in place. Pretty simple.
