That's not the point, the point is it can pick up a 100+ lb tank that's too heavy for you to lift, and help hold it at a level to work on.
Or, you can modify it by putting good large wheels on it and outfitting it so you can take it out in the field and use it to pick up a broken down tank and take it back to an area you can work on it easier.
