I spent my teenage years (or some of them) with a Haynes manual, an inadequate set of spanners and an occasionally functioning motorcycle. Having produced a manual for every vehicle imagineable they have now branched out into less practical items. I've seen Manuals for Spitfires, but you can also get them for Cats, Star Trek and (bizarrely) Sexual Health*
