Hay Pete, yes just about the entire build has been cut on a CNC waterjet cutter from my own designs, including the suspension, the cool thing is that i can now make as many as i want with teh plans i have drawn. Have had a couple of guys interested in flat pack versions, one keen on wood, the other steel like mine :)
