I believe the reference to "IG" in the link below should be to "lG", or the 
more common "LG",
for "Leichtgeschütz" (lightweight gun).

If the projectile is not self-propelled then a recoilless rifle or gun is 
an artillery piece, not a rocket launcher.

A self-propelled vehicle carrying one or more rocket tubes (e.g. a Katyusha 
mounted on a truck) would seem to meet the definition of "Armored Car" (or 
should that be "Armed Car", since a Support Vehicle is "un-armed", and a 
truck has no armor?).

If the rules are a concern (and I'm not suggesting the need be), this 
sounds like a plan, not a production model.  I would like to see the 
contact explosive idea rather than the armed version - it would be 
interesting to see it try to get close enough without being hit twice.
