as i slowly watch this picture load up, my first thought was that this was the making of a road wheel arm, but then saw the bearing and how it was mounted, so that's not gonna work (fire that engineer). then i took notice to the wooden frame around it, so i started thinking make it's some new way of doing silk-screening (playing the ink)....... now that i see it, other than what looks to be something to mount a (road?) wheel on the left side with the hole at the end (cotter pin? clevis pin?) i'm currently clueless at the moment Chris
