You may have (or not) missed me as I have been silent for a while. Without any hope of nearby tanker these days I have had little motivation to finnish T076. These days I have mixed myself up with gravity racing, or as some call it, illegal soapbaox racing. This is a very special brand of motorsports because, well, there is no motor. Just like the days of cub scouts running down the nighborhood hill in a box with rollerskate wheels and a rope to steer the front wheels, overgrown kids( 25-65 yrs old) meet at the top of long steep twisty vacant roads and race to the bottom with naught but gravity to propel them. There are a few such groups around the country including a large and active group in Maryland called the MISFITS. http://downhillmisfits.com/ Others in the country include SUCKER, VULGAR, SFVISBF, and NUDRS. NUDRS, Nevada Underground Downhill Racing Syndicate is a group of my own making. Just recently founded and still building members, we push our creations to the limit is the name of low-buck entertainment.
