It's been a few years since I looked into this, but I found that a company called Dyna-Veyor makes conveyor chain that looks like it would work for this application, the main difference from Intralox being that their guide tooth solution is different, as you will see from their catalog. Their idler wheels are double as in many tanks, and fit on the outside of a central protrusion of the track that contains the hinge, as I recall. I found they were much easier to deal with than anyone else, and I got a small quantity quote directly from them. Their web site now says you have to go through a distributor, so direct deals may not be possible any longer, I don't know. Back then they were happy to deal directly.
