THE DRYWALL IS UP AND PAINTED!

As some of you may be aware, I've been slowly building out a shop in my
basement. This project has been shoe-horned in between the myriad of other
projects that always needs doing with any home purchase. To date I've
installed a dedicated 60 amp sub-panel and electrical service, insulated
and studded the walls, hung and finished the drywall. I'm looking forward
to getting this completed and maybe fostering a local Montgomery County MD
tank (and warship) builders group.

The entrance. Just on the other side of the double doors is access to the
backyard, and beyond that, Rock Creek Park (i.e. The TyngTech Proving
Grounds)

For some nostalgia, a 1950's vintage set of steel kitchen cabinets has been
procured for storage and bench bases. They'll be painted machinery grey.

Still cluttered but the most advanced R/C tank combat chassis to be seen in
a decade was recently fabricated here. Can you spot the almost completed
FN Mogador destroyer?
