My 1/6 comes out about 5 feet long.  1/8 IIRC is a bit less than four.  The 
real thing is a bit over thirty feet long, so you could probably go 1/10 
and still come out over the 36" limit.  They're big tanks lol.

Even in 1/8 they're hard to find.  1/16 seems to be the biggest you can 
find any kind of variety in, but you can find almost anything you want in 
1/24.  You skip to a few companies making tanks in 1/8, and I think one guy 
said here that his company made some 1/6 scale WWII tanks, but that's about 
it.  Be nice if someone gave us modern armor fans some love.
