just looking at your tracks - would you benefit any of adding small pieces of wood onto the inner wood strip from the bolts to the outside edge? use it as a guide to help keep keep the tracks in place (vs the little dia of the bolts) and also give you something to thread your bolts into (rather than nuts). it would also save your road wheels from excessive wear from riding along the threads of the bolts Chris
