Build it and we will shoot at it.  Though the rules state production, the 
hobby isn't really overflowing with models at this point  (even after 13 
years) for anybody to argue the finer points IMO.  Just realize that if you 
build to 1:6 scale, the Maus won't 
be particularly competitive, especially at closure ranges.  I see this 
beast as a long range sniper.  You will need to make the proposed propane 
flame thrower removable for participation at any event.
