Hay Neil Yep 1.5" pitch, walls are about 1.5-2mm and the pads on mine are 6mm MS and will have 10mm rubber pads on them

You track system looks very straight forward and robust. Im impressed it only took an hour to do all that welding. I suppose a good MIG is a valuable asset.
