If you want to base a request for advantages based on realism I suggest it's only fair to include similar disadvantages.
For example, that ISU-152 of yours with its enormous main gun has a much lower rate of fire and ammunition capacity than typical MBTs. If you argue for a one-shot-kill rule others might counter with limiting it to X rounds and firing only once every Y seconds. If you want to build one of these because it looks really cool I support you 100%. If you are trying to cherry-pick the rules to give you a super-weapon against the established base I doubt you'll find many backers. The rules seem to be working well and giving operators of a wide ranges of assets some good fun. FYI it's hard enough to remember what happened during a hectic battle without making the scoring complicated. Build something, bring it out, show it off, have some fun, meet some great people.
