The first one appears to be a French built ERC-90 (Amphibious, armored,
all-terrain vehicle) of around 1970 vintage.
Still looking for the other vehicle.

found these while doing that search but don't know what they are
(nor seen them before)
the top 2 pictures look to be of the same vehicle but from
different angles, but the 3rd picture is something different.
it looks like the same chasse is used for both vehicles
